BONNIE MOORE

 

Born and raised in Redmond, Bonnie obtained a Business degree from the University of Washington with a concentration in Finance and Marketing and a MBA from Seattle University. Working 4 years in the banking industry and 9 years in cost management as a financial analyst at Boeing, made it easy for her to transition into the real estate industry. Bonnie's analytical background has helped her clients with negotiation and pricing strategy. She takes the time to listen to the needs of her clients and educate them each step of the way which is why she is trusted and valued by all of her clients, especially first time home buyers.  She has a love for architecture and design, with a natural eye for staging and marketing homes to sell. Bonnie has a passion for people and is always willing to go the extra mile for her clients to help them achieve their investment goal.

 

HEATHER TORRICO

 

Heather graduated from Central Washington University with a BS in Accounting and a minor in Finance.  After college, she worked as a bar and restaurant Manager for 4 years until transitioning to Boeing in cost management as a Financial Analyst. In both jobs, she was able to utilize and hone her skills in forecasting, analytics and customer service.  Her ability and drive to find solutions in the most complicated situations is the reason she has excelled in her past careers and is why as a real estate agent she doesn’t stop until her clients are satisfied. Going above beyond for her clients is just want she does. She brings passion, experience, and a strong financial background to help her clients navigate the complex world of real estate and the financial aspects of buying/selling a home. In her free time other than being a wife and a mother of triplets girls, Heather enjoys training and participating in running events, biathlons and is currently training for triathlons. She brings passion, strength, focus, and tenacity to all that she does.

 

KELLIAN COLLINS

 

Kellian Collins passed away in March 2020 after a long battle with cancer. She will always be remembered by her family and friends and will be sorely missed by many.

Kellian, hailed from the East Coast but called the Pacific Northwest home for more than 30 years.  Her Economics degree from Gonzaga University served her well in being able to analyze and understand Real Estate trends. In 2007, she co-formed Gold Key Partners with Bonnie Moore in an effort to bring value to their clients. She loved the outdoors - especially hiking and skiing. Kellian had a giving heart and spirit and was involved in nonprofits such as MS Helping Hands, Teen Hope and Ridgeback Rescue.  By far her biggest passion was helping people and Kellian went above and beyond for each of her clients. She leaves behind family on the East Coast and close friends who became family to her.
